The Urban Jungle Studio - Farmhouse Bathroom Studio

Located in the heart of DTLA. Beautifully decorated featuring a bathtub (non functional but could be filled up) and one-of-a-kind decors. Our studio is all about recreating the unique look and feel. Our mission is to share this love for design with other like-minded people as well as liven up your projects with a lot of creativities.

We have 24 hrs security cameras recording inside the studio space, so please use the restroom for changing.

Our hourly rate

Photo/Video Shoot: $85 per hour (2 hrs min.), the rate included the use of all our furniture and props.

Filling the tub with water: (rose petals are not included)

If you would need the tub to be filled up with water, you would have to let us know IN ADVANCE, you would need to book an ADDITIONAL HOUR for us to fill the tub up. The facets, shower and sinks are not functional. Rose petals are not included.

Waiver of Liability

Use of Company’s Premises and equipment is at Renter’s risk. Renter hereby agrees that Company will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, injury or loss to Renter, his party or possessions while on the Premises. All persons and activity on Company's Premises may be video recorded for security usage.

Renter holds harmless and indemnifies Company and its owners, agents, representatives, associates, officers, employees, guests and tenants against any suit, claim, loss, accident, judgment, fine, injury or damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees. This indemnification shall continue in full force and effect during and after the term of the rental for such causes arising during the term of the rental.
